About This Project

Fresh pasta is made by mixing soft wheat flour or durum wheat semolina with water.

But the secret for a great pasta isn’t in the recipe, it’s in the love and passion you put into the preparation.

The expert hands of our housewives will take you on a gastronomic and sentimental journey, through memories of family moments, love and hard sacrifices.

We will made “orecchiette, maccheroni and sagne” from scratch, following the true tradition of Salento’s pasta.
